Top SchoolVicky Dasta is a serial founder and pragmatic engineer with 11 years of hands-on experience building embedded, backend and AI-enabled products from Pekanbaru, Indonesia. He combines practical physics training with real-world IoT and computer vision work—shipping Raspberry Pi–based sensor and imaging systems for palm oil grading and volumetric estimation during his research roles. More recently he has shifted into entrepreneurship, founding and leading multiple tech ventures focused on AI, data and developer tooling while also contributing backend work at Stroll Social. Comfortable across Python, Linux, MQTT and cloud deployments, he bridges low-level data acquisition to higher-level ML/AI experimentation. Notably, his early open-source projects for sensor data collection and machine vision remain visible on his GitHub, reflecting a pattern of turning research prototypes into commercial ventures.
