Top SchoolVictor Costa is a development engineer specializing in FPGA and embedded systems with eight years of hands-on experience spanning satellite missions, drone-based image processing, and biomedical signal electronics. He combines academic rigor from ITA and UFSM with practical spacecraft and avionics work—contributing to CubeSat OBDH architectures and FPGA flight-software for ITASAT2 and SelenITA. As founder and scientific director of Ponto Azul Labs and current FPGA engineer at SIATT, he bridges research and productization, often focusing on fault-tolerant reconfigurable computing and microelectronics for signal processing and neurosciences. Victor’s background in analog IC design for ECG R-peak detection and experience bringing up Jetson Nano systems on UAVs reveal a rare blend of low-level analog, digital FPGA, and embedded AI competence.
