Senior🎓
Top SchoolVictor Fernandes is a Site Reliability and DevOps engineer with 10 years of experience building scalable, self-serve infrastructure and observability stacks across startups and large enterprises. With a mechanical engineering and robotics background, he blends systems thinking with hands-on cloud-native work—driving progressive delivery systems, autoscalers for unpredictable LLM workloads, and organization-wide CI/CD safety improvements. He has led platform and developer-experience initiatives at PicPay, HelloFresh, Protect AI and Trade Republic, creating global provisioning pipelines that let engineers deploy production-ready, single-tenant environments via one PR. Based in Berlin, he is skilled at turning PoCs into production in months, making infra ownership real while embedding guardrails for security and reliability. An interesting thread through his career is using creative, human-centered techniques (from gamified tech-debt systems to memes in PRs) to improve adoption and cross-team collaboration.
