Victor has repeatedly grown and transformed teams—scaling a consultancy from 12 to 150 people in two years—and has held senior technical and leadership roles across enterprises and startups, from SAP Signavio and Semrush to founding consulting ventures. Known for thinking beyond code to the customer and ecosystem value his platforms create, he blends strategic architecture with hands-on shipping.
