Senior🎓
Top SchoolVictor Kabdebon is a product-minded engineering leader and founder with 8+ years building identity and verification infrastructure, currently leading Checkr Tenant after Checkr’s acquisition of Truework. He combines hands-on engineering, product and design leadership—having founded Truework to simplify verified income and employment data for mortgage and lending workflows—and now scales that capability inside a broader Checkr data platform. His career includes formative systems and identity work at LinkedIn, early engineering foundations at Ultimate Software, and entrepreneurial projects across solar and fintech. Victor is based in San Francisco and sits on TransUnion’s Technology Advisory Board, bridging startup speed with enterprise-grade compliance and datasets. He’s comfortable shipping end-to-end products that reduce underwriting friction and save customers real dollars, and he often recruits engineers directly via personal outreach. An electrical/computer engineering graduate of Georgia Tech and Télécom SudParis, he brings both academic rigor and operational experience to high-scale data products.
