Top SchoolVictor Klapholz is a hands-on senior engineer and architect with 11+ years of experience designing scalable, cloud-native systems and leading cross-functional teams from requirements to production. He specializes in Python, DDD, TDD and DevOps practices, and has repeatedly rescued and refactored complex codebases—accelerating performance and enabling reliable CI/CD in high-stakes environments. As an early core engineer at Adaptive Shield he helped build a cybersecurity product that was later acquired by CrowdStrike, and he currently continues that trajectory as a Senior Engineer at CrowdStrike. Victor combines deep technical mentorship with pragmatic architecture choices that let multiple teams contribute safely and in parallel, spreading knowledge while keeping delivery on time and budget. His background spans startups and large enterprises, and he brings an uncommon mix of autodidactic curiosity and operational rigor—often mastering unfamiliar stacks under pressure to deliver measurable improvements.
