Top SchoolVictor Negrisoli is a Tech Lead AI Engineer with over eight years building scalable back-end systems and AI-driven platforms, currently leading the Cogna IA squad to deliver RAG, multi-agent and vector-search solutions using Java, Python and Azure/AWS services. He combines deep experience in reactive Java (Spring WebFlux, Reactor) and microservices with hands-on ML/LLM work—LangChain, Azure OpenAI, DALL·E and short/long-term memory architectures—bridging infra, APIs and AI product needs. A former BI analyst and entrepreneur, he brings strong data modeling and ETL instincts that inform robust production data flows and observability. Victor also teaches microservices and system design on Udemy to over 4,000 students, reflecting his ability to distill complex patterns into practical guidance. Known for mentoring engineers and shipping resilient systems at scale, he often pairs design-pattern rigor with pragmatic tooling like Kafka, Redis and vector DBs to move prototypes into production.
