Top SchoolVictor Ortiz is a seasoned software engineer with over a decade of hands-on experience building and leading backend and full-stack projects across public sector and fintech. He has led remote teams, instituted engineering best practices like Git Flow, linters and CI, and delivered mission-critical systems such as Mexico City’s traffic tickets platform and a FastAPI gateway for a government WhatsApp chatbot. Comfortable in Dockerized microservices, Python (FastAPI, Django), and integrations with third-party APIs, he pairs technical depth with product-minded delivery and on-prem to cloud deployment experience.
