Summary
👤
SeniorVictor Pineda is a Senior Software Engineer based in Costa Mesa with over a decade of hands-on experience building and architecting .NET web applications across commercial, government, telecom, media, advertising, and trading domains. He has a strong track record delivering end-to-end systems—from large billing and customer-care platforms to asset, convention, and time-reporting systems—often acting as technical lead or system architect. Victor excels in modern Microsoft stacks (ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, MSSQL) and front-end frameworks (Angular, jQuery, Bootstrap) and is experienced in performance tuning, automation of data workflows, and integrations with accounting and legacy systems. He consistently reduces maintainability and defect rates by promoting reusable components and rigorous quality practices such as unit testing and TFS/Git-based version control. Notably, he has delivered mission-critical solutions that automated vendor timekeeping with 100% profiled data quality and rebuilt high-throughput search and billing modules for major enterprise clients. Practical, detail-oriented, and domain-diverse, he blends architectural thinking with hands-on coding to drive reliable production outcomes.
