Top SchoolVijay Dharap is a Kubernetes tech lead with 13 years of experience driving cloud-native architecture, migration, and resilient production systems, currently leading platform efforts at Kubermatic. A pragmatic architect and open-source evangelist, he brings deep operational insight from longtime enterprise roles at Infosys and hands-on consulting that prevents the “a lot of bad things” he’s seen in code and production. He combines platform engineering with UX sensibilities—having contributed front-end theming work to popular projects like jquery-ui-bootstrap—so solutions are both reliable and user-friendly. Founder of small ventures and a collaborator across teams, he balances technical leadership with mentorship and an amateur photographer’s eye for detail.
