Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolViktor Briceño is a Founder and developer with 13 years of experience building full-stack web applications and game prototypes, blending hands-on engineering with product leadership from his Montreal base. He has led small cross-disciplinary teams at Machinator Corp and The NFT Gaming Company, shipping Unity/C# game mechanics and coordinating playtests while following Scrum. As a long-time Toptal engineer and freelance developer he’s delivered scalable RESTful APIs, legacy migrations, and performance-focused back-end solutions across PHP, Laravel and modern stacks. Viktor pairs formal training in computer engineering and game design with practical experience in project management and technical interviewing, making him equally comfortable mentoring teams and diving into code. Less obvious: he frequently bridges creative and technical roles, moving between asset-driven game development and data-heavy API work to accelerate product iterations.
