Senior🎓
Top SchoolVineeth Naroju is a software engineer with 8 years of experience specializing in distributed systems, particularly Apache Flink, Kafka/Redpanda, and cloud-native streaming infrastructure. He has delivered fault-tolerant Flink deployments and migration projects at scale—most recently migrating AWS Kafka and EMR Flink to Redpanda and Flink on EKS at Roku and building multi-master HA Flink/EMR solutions at AWS. His background spans consumer-grade gamification and real-time services at Jio to building cross-platform messaging workflows and DynamoDB-backed session systems, showing a blend of product-facing and platform engineering. Based in Bengaluru, he pairs deep debugging and operational experience (Flink job manager discovery, autoscaling, decommissioning on spot instances) with a curiosity-driven approach to distributed systems, which he studies for fun and experiments with publicly.
