Senior🎓
Top SchoolVinícius Francisco is an engineering manager and senior mobile engineer with nine years of experience building and modernizing high-performance React Native applications for both publicly traded companies and venture-backed startups. He specializes in mobile-first architectures, DRM-enabled video streaming (Widevine/FairPlay) with offline playback, and migration of legacy Expo/React Native codebases to modern EAS/prebuild workflows. As a hands-on leader he has scaled teams and products—growing combined MAU from 40K to 60K while keeping crash rates below 1%—and instituted CI/CD, CodePush and automated testing to accelerate delivery. He combines product-minded UX redesigns with cross-platform code sharing (TypeScript monorepos) and backend integrations like React Query for real-time features. Outside work he experiments with productivity and AI tooling on YouTube, applying those learnings to speed up engineering workflows. Based in Santa Catarina, Brazil, he is available for remote roles worldwide.
