Senior🎓
Top SchoolVinicius Martin is a Brazilian founder and software engineer with eight years of experience building full‑stack web products and AI-powered video solutions. He leads multiple ventures including WithDoneBetter and Martin Sistemas, blending product design, frontend expertise (Next.js, TypeScript) and backend work (Node.js, PostgreSQL) to deliver automated video campaigns and custom avatar experiences. Previously he shipped checkout and admin systems at Yever and contributed to Web3 integrations and wallet flows for freelance projects, demonstrating a knack for simplifying complex interfaces and reducing component surface area. Comfortable moving between startup leadership and hands‑on engineering, he also established testing and CI practices early in his career at Embrapa and Gestão DS. His approach mixes entrepreneurial drive with a minimalist aesthetic—“be formless, shapeless—like water”—applied to scalable, brand‑centric media products.
