Top SchoolViraj Kanwade is a Principal Technology Architect with 15+ years of hands-on experience designing and operating large-scale cloud-native systems, currently leading agentic AI and Terraform IaC initiatives at Forgeahead Solutions in Canada. He combines deep Python and FastAPI expertise with pragmatic DevOps (AWS, EKS, Docker, CDK/Terraform) to optimize cost and performance—famously trimming infrastructure by focusing on millisecond-level overheads at high request rates. As a founding engineer of a 1.7M-user K‑12 platform, he owned auth, collaboration, real-time video transcoding and 99% uptime across 12+ years, and he now builds GenAI workflows and RFQ automation. A calm problem-solver and rapid learner, peers rely on him for system architecture, integration and tricky operational bugs—one reported AWS ALB/ECS issue that he raised was subsequently fixed by AWS. He’s an active open-source maintainer (fastapi_swagger2, gitx-tauri) and beta-tested Amazon Q Transform, evidencing continual exploration of new tech and cross-stack fluency.
