Senior🎓
Top SchoolVitali Stsepaniuk is a Senior Solutions Architect based in Bavaria with over a decade of hands-on experience designing and delivering high-scale, high-load systems across media, consulting, and e-commerce. He blends deep backend engineering and cloud-native architecture—particularly AWS—with pragmatic microservices design, favoring simplicity, performance, and maintainability. Proficient in Rust and Python, Vitali brings a strong focus on data and performance optimization informed by years building backend platforms and automation (from Node.js/MongoDB tooling to PHP/Magento ecosystems). He has progressed from freelance web and mobile work to technical leadership roles at companies like Bain & Company and Seven. One Entertainment Group, translating business needs into robust technical roadmaps. Colleagues rely on him to tame complexity: he consistently balances architectural rigor with practical delivery to keep systems observable and scalable. Outside the obvious, his long trajectory through diverse stacks gives him a knack for integrating legacy systems into modern cloud architectures without sacrificing reliability.
