Top SchoolVitaliy Zarubin is a founder and seasoned software leader with 14 years building regulated, production-grade systems across sports, energy, and biotech/fintech domains. He combines hands-on multiplatform development with enterprise engineering leadership—having led engineering at Gazprom Neft, served as CTO for a KHL franchise, and launched multiple startups including Regfo and The BrightByte. His companies specialize in AI agent systems and compliance-aware platforms that anticipate regulatory requirements (notably FDA and anti-doping reporting) before submission. He also builds fan-facing and operational sports products, including a Product Hunt–featured fantasy platform and a Fan Relationship Management system. Trained at ITMO University in technology and innovation management, he brings a pragmatic blend of product, data governance, and security experience for highly regulated environments. An ex-professional hockey player, he pairs competitive team instincts with technical rigor to deliver auditable, mission-critical software.
