Top SchoolVitor De Mario is an engineering tech manager with over a decade of hands-on software and AI experience, now leading teams at Nubank after scaling engineering performance at Jusbrasil. He blends deep technical chops in Go and Python with practical ML experience—building a random-forest variant classifier and leading a team that developed CNNs for radiology—while remaining active in coding, architecture and day-to-day delivery. Vitor has a track record of growing teams and people, having doubled squad output and mentored many early-career engineers into promoted roles. He co-founded and ran GopherCon Brasil, helping build Brazil’s Go community and presenting at major conferences, a sign of his commitment to developer ecosystems and technical evangelism.
