Vivek Babu
Summary
👤
SeniorVivek Babu is a Principal Engineer based in Bengaluru with 12 years building high-scale, low-latency distributed systems and messaging platforms. He has driven core platform work at ServiceNow and VMware, designing eventing, streaming, zero-trust decision systems, and push-notification infrastructures that scale to millions of requests with strong availability guarantees. His background spans cloud integrations, OAuth2/OIDC authorization, JWT-based access controls, and fast encryption designs, reflecting deep expertise in security-sensitive, real-time systems. Vivek pairs hands-on engineering—often shipping platform features and autoscaling/failover capabilities—with practical operational tooling like monitoring, CI/CD and automated deploy frameworks. Early career work at Oracle and Syncplicity shows a knack for automation and migration engines that accelerate cloud adoption, and he has repeatedly advocated for testing and observability to stabilize complex products. Colleagues would note his blend of pragmatic engineering and platform-level thinking that turns demanding scale requirements into reliable, production-ready services.
