Top SchoolViviana Márquez is an AI Community Lead and DevRel Engineer based in San Francisco with 12 years of experience blending developer relations, data science, and public-facing education. She builds practical open-source cookbooks and technical integrations—most recently a Prolific GitHub playbook that automates human preference data collection for RLHF—and runs meetups and curated researcher panels that translate academic AI into developer-facing practice. As founder of Miss Factorial Academy she designed inclusive, highly rated AI curricula and a learning-analytics pipeline that used Whisper captions and BERT to analyze engagement across thousands of learners. Her early career as a tech radio host and extensive public-science outreach give her a rare strength in storytelling and accessible technical communication across cultures and languages. She has hands-on ML engineering experience—finetuning speech and NER models, deploying streaming audio pipelines, and shipping fraud and sentiment systems in production—and routinely trains cross-functional teams to boost technical fluency. Viviana’s work sits at the intersection of pedagogy, product, and human-in-the-loop AI, with a knack for turning complex research into immediately applicable developer workflows.
