Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolVladimir Grahovac is a seasoned Ruby on Rails developer with 13 years of experience who blends hands-on full-stack Rails work with a strong background in QA and test automation. He has moved between product and consulting roles—building a game-matching platform, helping clients migrate to modern Rails stacks, and supporting CI, test suites, and frontend React work—so he comfortably navigates both greenfield features and legacy refactors. His early career in test engineering and leadership shaped a pragmatic approach to quality: automated specs, Capybara-driven workflows, and CI pipelines are regular parts of his toolkit. Based in Belgrade, he pairs a disciplined, tester’s eye with pragmatic engineering, often spotting “another crack” in a system before it becomes a problem.
