Summary
👤
SeniorVladimiro De Luca is a founder and seasoned software engineer with over a decade of experience leading product and R&D teams across mobile, IoT, and government-funded European projects. As CEO of 8080 srl and former PA Director at MetaWare, he blends hands-on development (C/C++, Objective-C, Java, Python, PHP, web technologies) with project leadership in distributed and service-oriented architectures. He has a track record building mobile apps, computer vision solutions, and big data experiments, and his interests span semantic web technologies, data mining for classification/prediction, and preservation systems. Based in Tuscany, he brings entrepreneurial grit from founding DSmart to promote cutting-edge IT in business and research, and is comfortable moving between low-level systems and high-level architecture. An uncommon strength is his sustained mix of consulting, product-building, and public-sector R&D direction, enabling pragmatic delivery of research-driven technology.
