Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolVladislav Goncharov is a pragmatic technology leader and CTO with nine years of hands-on experience transforming legacy monoliths into Docker- and Kubernetes-based microservice platforms and shipping Big Data solutions across multiple stacks. He blends full-stack craftsmanship—UX-aware front-ends to resilient backends—with strategic product thinking, routinely driving CI/CD and GitOps practices that accelerate teams without sacrificing quality. As a founder/CEO and senior engineering leader at companies including NeoLab, Eonian, EPAM and Infobip, he pairs incremental, feedback-driven architecture with roadmap-level planning to keep systems adaptable. Vladislav’s uncommon strength is bridging product, UX and engineering: he deliberately designs architectures that steer users toward core outcomes while remaining easy to evolve. Based in Gdańsk, he prefers agile, incremental architecture over waterfall and has repeatedly delivered infrastructure that modernizes long-lived codebases.
