Top SchoolVolodymyr Shcherbinin is an experienced infrastructure and platform engineering leader with 20+ years of hands-on technical experience and over a decade in managerial roles, currently serving as Country Manager and Infrastructure Lead at Tradecloud One in Kyiv. He designs and operates cloud-native platforms (GCP primary, AWS secondary), Kubernetes orchestration, CI/CD, and complex data stores while driving a shift to SRE practices and resilient disaster recovery. Known for building and scaling local teams from scratch, he combines influential, lead-by-example people management with budgeting, hiring, and scorecard-driven delivery. His background spans telecom-grade networking and large-scale operations (Ericsson, Kyivstar, EPAM) through to modern DevOps toolchains and internal toolkits in Go and Python. Practical, delivery-focused and comfortable both in the trenches and at the strategy table, he often surfaces organizational issues and turns them into technical and operational roadmaps.
