Top SchoolWendell Misiedjan is a Full-Stack Software Engineer and Head of Technology with 11 years of experience building SaaS, marketplace platforms, and AI-driven products across early-stage startups and scale-ups. He combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership—architecting systems, hiring and mentoring teams, and defining roadmaps that turn concepts into production-grade solutions. Recently focused on integrating practical AI applications and serverless architectures, he has led R&D for LLM-based features and RAG pipelines to automate document analysis in vertical industries like construction and sales. His background spans rapid MVP delivery, platform rebuilds, and improving operational systems for finance and consumer apps using modern stacks such as React, React Native, Postgres, and cloud-native tooling. Based in the Randstad, he thrives in environments that require both product sense and execution discipline, often serving as the single technical force to ship complex features. An entrepreneurial builder at heart, he has repeatedly transformed ideas into market-ready products while establishing scalable CI/CD and engineering practices.
