Top SchoolWill Haering is a founder and CEO with 11 years of experience building regulated financial infrastructure and consumer-facing platforms from the ground up. He currently leads Meridian, which delivers real-time payments networking and clearing for global financial institutions, and co-founded WatchCheck to modernize watch servicing alongside Sotheby’s. His background includes founding and operating digital asset custody and payments ventures (Ponto/Bridge Trust) and hands-on engineering roles that produced front-end mapping and IoT lab interfaces early in his career. Will combines product-driven engineering instincts with deep regulatory and operating experience drawn from teams with roots at Visa, Apple, PayPal and major banks, and has repeatedly translated complex financial rails into commercially deployable systems. An uncommon through-line in his work is moving between high-regulation fintech and niche consumer services, demonstrating both technical craft and an ability to build trusted institutional partnerships.
