Top SchoolWill Worth is a bilingual technical lead and full-stack developer with 10 years’ experience delivering enterprise web platforms across retail, media and finance. Based in Alicante and currently leading a ~10-person team at Accenture, he’s driving a complex migration from legacy Angular/Spartacus to Next.js 14 with Alokai middleware while owning architecture, code review and stakeholder liaison in both English and Spanish. He has a strong track record modernising frontends (React, TypeScript, Redux) and building backend services (Go, Kotlin, Node/NestJS) on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure and GCP. Will pairs hands-on coding with team-level practices—establishing component architecture, PR standards and predictable release cadence—and mentors Angular developers through React/TypeScript transitions. He prides himself on pragmatic problem-solving (his GitHub motto: “Fixing things is the best way to complain”) and proactively moves into roles that maximise development impact.
