Top SchoolXavier Bruhiere is an engineering manager with 14 years of experience building data-intensive back-ends and leading distributed engineering teams across EMEA and Asia, currently driving reliability and scale at Binance. He has shipped services used by millions and led regional data and logistics platforms at Lazada and Kpler, combining deep technical fluency across databases, backend stacks and CI/CD with strong product and operational instincts. Xavier excels at turning high-stakes, large-scale challenges into fast, repeatable delivery through team culture, process iteration and pragmatic architecture. His background spans startups to large enterprises, including founding a trading analytics platform and hands-on work in algorithmic systems, which gives him a rare blend of product sense and quantitative rigor. Based in Singapore, he is equally comfortable architecting massive data pipelines as mentoring engineers to operate effectively under pressure.
