Top SchoolXavier Lüthi is a seasoned telecommunications and security executive with 20+ years of hands-on engineering and program leadership, now serving as CSO/CISO at Orange Belgium where he defines resilience, crisis response and infrastructure protection. He has repeatedly scaled multidisciplinary teams—from kernel-level software and DOCSIS/Cable TV platforms to large ITIL-driven operations of 260+ staff—bridging deep technical expertise (Linux, GSM, DWDM, IP, DVB-C) with delivery-oriented program and vendor management. His career path blends product development, network transformation and operational excellence, giving him a rare vantage point to align security strategy with service continuity and business growth. Notably, he advanced from software design and charging systems to lead network innovation and quality at national telco scale, demonstrating both technical depth and executive influence. Based in Brussels, he combines an electrical engineering foundation from UCLouvain with pragmatic crisis-management experience reporting functionally to the CEO.
