Top SchoolXiepeng Li is a Machine Learning Engineer with a decade of experience specializing in natural language processing, currently building ML systems at Temu after key engineering roles at DiDi and Ping An Technology. He holds a master's in software engineering from East China Normal University and brings practical production expertise in deploying NLP models at scale for consumer and enterprise platforms. Known as an "NLPer" on GitHub, he blends research-minded experimentation with product-driven implementation, navigating both algorithm design and engineering constraints. Colleagues rely on him to translate complex language problems into deployable pipelines that balance accuracy and latency. He often surfaces subtle data quality and annotation issues early in projects, reducing downstream retraining cycles and accelerating time-to-value.
