Top SchoolYandu Oppacher is an infrastructure leader with 11 years of experience translating product and business requirements into reliable, scalable technical platforms. He has led cloud and production engineering teams at Shopify and Cockroach Labs, driving large migrations (including a 3PB data migration to GCP) and building Heroku-style PaaS and data infrastructure at scale. Known for bridging developer experience and operational rigor, he combines hands-on systems design with strategic team direction across distributed systems, ETL, and ML-platforms. Based in Ottawa, he recently moved into an Infrastructure Lead role at Gadget, continuing a pattern of stepping into high-impact cloud and data challenges.
