Summary
👤
Senior🎓
Top SchoolYarin Dekel is a Staff Frontend Developer with 8 years of hands-on experience building performant, developer-friendly frontend systems and CI/CD pipelines. Based in Israel, he has driven platform-level improvements at Cloudinary—owning frontend pipelines, migrating CI from Jenkins to GitHub Actions, and creating reusable component libraries that accelerated delivery. He blends deep frontend engineering (React, Redux, Storybook) with infrastructure and developer-experience expertise, focusing on build performance and measurable pipeline metrics. As Frontend Guild Master he led 24 developers to standardize practices and close technical gaps across teams, showing a strength for technical leadership without formal management hierarchy. His background includes building real-time finance UIs and cloud portals, and an early career in electronic-device development that informs a systems-minded approach to frontend problems. He’s known for enjoying the full stack of developer tooling and often tackles infra and DevEx work that others treat as “not frontend.”
