Top SchoolYevhen Terentiev is a Head of Engineering with a decade of hands-on backend and DevOps experience building high-load, distributed systems and transforming monoliths into microservice architectures. Based in Kyiv, he has led full development cycles and mentored teams across startups and scale-ups, pairing product-focused engineering with technical leadership. His toolkit spans Go, Kubernetes, cloud and bare-metal deployments, CI/CD, big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Hive, Redshift) and a wide range of SQL/NoSQL stores. He has delivered RTB and analytics platforms, advertising tools, and long-term rental marketplace backends, demonstrating depth in both performance-sensitive services and data processing. Comfortable switching between coding, architecture and operations, he often bridges gaps between engineering, deployment and monitoring to ensure production reliability. A former early-career developer across web, PSP and crypto billing projects, he brings pragmatic multi-domain experience to strategic technical decisions.
