Top SchoolYi-ping Jiang is a Senior Software Engineer based in Taichung, Taiwan, with eight years of experience building product-facing backend systems and cloud-native deployments. At Trend Micro she led upgrades from Vosk to Faster Whisper for subtitle speech recognition, optimized audio workflows, and migrated container deployments to Helm charts for improved scalability. She has independently designed high-concurrency Kafka-based real-time notification systems, integrated RAG workflows for chatbot accuracy, and maintained Fluentd pipelines feeding Elasticsearch from MySQL. Combining a master's in CSIE with hands-on expertise in model integration, event-driven architectures, and Kubernetes, she excels at turning research-level components into reliable production services. Notably, she balances performance and accuracy improvements with pragmatic deployment choices, often reworking infra to meet both developer and operational needs.
