Senior🎓
Top SchoolYinfeng Shen is a strategy research consultant and PhD candidate in International Business & Strategy based in Sydney, blending nearly a decade of leadership in not-for-profit governance, higher education research, and brand strategy for luxury and fashion clients. He advises public and private organizations on customer journey design, omni-channel rebranding aimed at Gen Z, and policy-facing research—work that spans roles at Liverpool City Council, the China Studies Centre, and global brands like Off-White and Richemont. A recognized DEI practitioner, he has led global inclusion initiatives at CEMS and coordinated campaigns across Australia, earning the University of Sydney Convocation Medal for sustained inclusive policy impact. As a sessional academic and research assistant, he translates academic rigour into applied projects including the Asian Business in Australia report and skill-gap studies for international students. He also brings an entrepreneurial and creative lens as founder of Yinfeng Photography, reflecting an ability to merge analytical strategy with cultural storytelling. Not obvious from his CV: he consistently operates at the intersection of research, governance and creative branding, making him adept at framing complex social challenges as strategic opportunities.
