Top SchoolYoan Pintas is a seasoned mobile engineer and product lead with 11 years of experience building and securing large-scale messaging apps, currently heading Tchap, the French state instant messaging product. He combines deep Android and iOS expertise—contributing to prominent Matrix clients like Element Android and Element iOS and to the matrix-ios-sdk—with hands-on roles spanning senior engineering, mobile architecture, and DevOps. At DINUM he has moved from senior Android developer to Mobile Technical Architect and now product manager, blending technical stewardship with product ownership for a government-grade communication platform. His work touches both app UX and lower-level SDK plumbing, including voice broadcast handling, room summary improvements, and permission/CI fixes, reflecting an engineer who ships features and hardens foundations. A former instructor and founding product owner, he pairs pragmatic leadership and mentoring with a curiosity for new technologies. Based in Greater Rennes, he brings a rare mix of public-sector impact and open-source contributions to secure, collaborative mobile software.
