Yuri Fabbris
VP Of Engineering at RTDT Laboratories AG
Switzerland
Summary
👤
SeniorYuri Fabris is a VP of Engineering based in Paraguay with 11 years of experience building full-stack and data-driven systems across startups and research labs. He has progressed from hands-on front-end and full-stack roles to senior engineering leadership, currently shaping product and technical strategy at RTDT Laboratories after previous VP leadership at Fractal Flows. Yuri combines practical UX-driven frontend craftsmanship—design systems, micro frontends and high Lighthouse scores—with backend and serverless solutions for measurable product outcomes. He has bridged research and industry through an associate researcher role in blockchain, bringing a curiosity for emerging architectures into production engineering. Known for driving migrations and automations (including visual regression testing and serverless A/B experiments), he favors pragmatic, testable systems that accelerate product launches. Colleagues would describe him as a builder who pairs technical depth with user-centered design instincts.
