Top SchoolYuri Nezdemkovski is a Senior Software Developer and Tech Lead with 11 years of experience building high-performance web products and leading distributed teams from Prague. He blends deep front-end expertise in TypeScript, React/Next.js and styling systems with back-end work in Node.js and, more recently, Go, driving measurable results like a 60% performance boost on a major global sports site. Yuri has repeatedly moved teams to modern stacks (GraphQL, TypeScript) and shipped multiple MVPs as a hands-on lead, while advising company strategy on technical boards. He thrives on mentoring engineers and architecting pragmatic solutions that scale across cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines and diverse data stores. Curious about AI and eager for remote Tech Lead roles, he combines a physics-informed applied informatics background with a proven track record of turning legacy systems into maintainable, high-value platforms. A detail that sets him apart: he pairs product-focused UX improvements with backend efficiency gains, ensuring both user delight and operational robustness.
