Top SchoolYusif Badmus is a software engineer and business professional with nine years of experience helping founders and SMEs build and scale web and mobile products quickly using pre-vetted remote engineering talent. He combines hands-on backend work in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript with building talent pipelines at New Wave Devs, matching startups to developers who can start contributing in days rather than months. His engineering background includes delivering features at scale—supporting products with over a million daily users, reducing API response times by seconds, and creating revenue-generating systems like courier penalty logic. He has a track record of solving high-impact operational problems across payments, telecom, and government tax systems in West Africa and the Middle East. Comfortable operating across remote, cross-functional teams, he blends technical delivery with people-first hiring to shorten roadmaps and increase product reliability. An early adopter of global remote collaboration practices, he leverages that experience to reduce recruitment friction for Series A–C startups.
