Senior🎓
Top SchoolYves Delzenne is an experienced commercial and general management executive with over three decades of leadership in small domestic appliances and consumer goods, currently serving as VP of the Bissell Business Unit at Lavafields Group. He has a proven track record scaling brands and distribution across France, Japan and export markets, having led subsidiaries and major brands including Le Creuset, Groupe SEB, Rowenta and ARB SAS. Skilled in strategy, sales & marketing, HR and international commerce, he combines operational rigor with a builder’s mindset—founding Captain 57 to advise on operational strategy for consumer businesses. Educated in international management at INSEAD and with deep roots in French retail channels, he’s comfortable navigating selective distribution and export growth simultaneously. Less obvious: his GitHub bio hints at a reflective, almost philosophical approach to leadership—pursuing deep mastery rather than surface tactics. Based in Lorient, Brittany, he blends global experience with local commitment to grow premium appliance brands.
