Top SchoolZach Bernstein is a Senior Platform Engineer based in Chicago with a decade of hands-on experience building resilient, cost-efficient cloud platforms and developer tooling. He has led large-scale AWS account migrations and standardized Terraform, Kubernetes, and GitOps practices to support hundreds of teams and thousands of data pipelines without platform downtime. At MassMutual he drove multitenancy, observability with OpenTelemetry, and inner-source tooling adoption that cut maintenance and dependency conflicts by ~90% while delivering significant cost savings.
