Summary
👤
SeniorZach Kelling is a cypherpunk CTO and founder with 15+ years building privacy-first, quantum-safe, and decentralized infrastructure across AI/ML, cryptography, hardware, and finance. He currently leads Hanzo Dev and Satschel’s engineering efforts—shipping agentic multi-agent AI workflows and the first non-custodial, regulation-ready trading platform that bridges ATS, broker-dealer, and transfer agent infrastructure. His track record includes designing post-quantum cryptography, MPC, and FHE at LUX, founding tokenization and digital securities platforms at Arca and ESX, and architecting sovereign L1s and omni-chain AI tooling at Zoo Labs. A prolific open-source builder, Zach has driven developer adoption at scale (Hanzo’s ecosystem sees ~30k monthly devs and 800+ packages) while focusing on safety primitives like sandboxed execution and approval gates. He pairs hands-on systems engineering with product instincts that turn experimental crypto and AI research into usable, regulation-aware products. Passionate about expanding access to high-leverage technical careers, he blends impact investing with operational leadership to lower barriers for underrepresented communities.
