Top SchoolZack Hubert is a seasoned software engineering manager and founder with over two decades of experience building SaaS products and leading high-performing teams. He combines deep large-scale architecture and trust & safety expertise with a history of hands-on development—from founding a niche social network acquired by HarperCollins to inventing patented systems at Amazon that saved millions monthly. At Planning Center he has progressed from senior developer to engineering manager, helping scale software used by thousands of churches. Zack is comfortable operating at both product and technical extremes, equally likely to sketch a distributed system design or ship critical production code. A published author and patent-holder, he brings entrepreneurial drive and a penchant for practical innovation to established organizations. Based in Seattle, he pairs academic rigor (BA in Physics from Cornell) with a track record of turning complex problems into durable, impactful solutions.
