Rockstar🎓
Top SchoolZander Zander is an experienced IT and security leader based in San Francisco with nine years of hands-on experience architecting scalable, zero-trust systems for high-growth tech companies. He led enterprise IT and security at HackerOne—driving Okta-led zero trust transitions, incident response, and achieving ISO, SOC 2 and FedRAMP milestones—after prior roles building global IT operations and Azure migrations at Sitecore and Massdrop. Known for blending technical depth with operational rigor, he has implemented tools like SentinelOne, 1Password, Kandji, and Workato to streamline security and productivity across distributed teams. He also has a strong track record in office expansions, cost optimization (including a notable 20% AWS savings), and building processes that improve ROI and end-user experience. Currently a founding operations staff member at Project Prometheus, he brings rare cross-functional fluency between security, compliance, and business strategy. With a BA in Film and Video Production, he pairs creative problem solving with systems thinking—an atypical background that informs pragmatic, user-centered infrastructure decisions.
