Top SchoolZarif Aziz is a Lead AI Engineer based in Sydney with a decade of experience building language-model driven products, scalable ML pipelines, and backend infrastructure for both startups and enterprises. He has shipped AI systems end-to-end—from research prototypes to production APIs and RAG-enabled LLM apps—while leading MLOps, search systems, and AI agent work at Faethm and now Tutero. His background spans mechatronic engineering, robotics inspection pipelines, and production-grade computer vision tooling, including a corrosion-detection model presented at NVIDIA GTC that boosted efficiency by 40%. Comfortable across Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain and cloud-native tooling, he blends hands-on engineering with product-minded delivery. Outside of work he’s often running around Sydney, scouting travel spots, staying plugged into AI trends, or unwinding with his cat.
