Top SchoolZetian Luo is a versatile software engineer and operator with eight years of experience blending technical execution and strategic leadership across startups and large tech firms. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Fangli Machinery while holding an MBA in IT, he previously built production systems as an SDE II at Amazon’s Digital Acceleration org and developed microgrid energy demos and peak-shaving software at Apparent. A UC Berkeley Data Science graduate, Zetian pairs data-driven product thinking with hands-on engineering—shipping both backend systems and GenAI tooling during a stint leading operations at YiVal AI. He has contributed to nonprofit education technology as a web engineer and supported EECS research at Berkeley, reflecting a habit of bridging research, product, and impact-driven projects. Notably, his profile signals comfort working across roles from prompt-engineering assistants for GenAI to large-scale cloud systems, making him equally effective at execution and cross-functional coordination.
