Senior🎓
Top SchoolZhirui Feng is an engineer with 8 years of experience applying machine learning and software engineering to autonomous systems and consumer-facing ML products. He has contributed to self-driving perception and prediction platforms at Pony.ai, sped up labeling pipelines as a data engineering fellow, and most recently worked on Grocery Science and ML for Amazon’s Rufus shopping assistant before joining Applied Intuition. Trained at Beihang University and USC, he blends research experience in cognitive and affective computing with hands-on productionizing of ML systems. Curious about safe AGI and social-emotional intelligence in agents, he also maintains practical tooling—evidenced by his CarsMemory project—to bridge data infrastructure and perception models. Based in California, he combines a long-term vision for technology’s impact on human happiness with a track record of shipping scalable ML infrastructure.
