Summary

Senior🎓
Top SchoolZoe Locke is a practical, curiosity-driven technical writer and web developer based in Cardiff with 11 years of hands-on experience translating complex systems into clear documentation and usable web solutions. She blends web development, BI/reporting and operations experience—having moved from BI and IT support roles into business operations and now technical writing—so she understands both the technical and organisational sides of projects. Comfortable wearing many hats, Zoe freelances and volunteers on web, design and copy-editing tasks and runs Locke Data, where she combines admin, design and “cunning plans.” Colleagues rely on her for pragmatic problem-solving, improving standards and creating reproducible documentation and reporting workflows. She brings a habit of digging into why things work, turning that curiosity into reliable, user-focused deliverables.
