Top SchoolZohar Bar-yehuda is a Chief Data Scientist and co-founder with 12 years of experience building production-ready analytics and algorithmic systems across geolocation, computer vision, image processing, and machine learning. He has a proven track record of turning raw mobile and sensor data into actionable insights at scale, combining supervised and unsupervised modeling with pragmatic integration of web and third-party signals. A MATLAB power user for rapid prototyping and algorithm design, he also brings deep C++ expertise in real-time optimization, including ARM/NEON tuning from his work on wearable OCR and vision systems. His background in large-scale pattern matching and big-data mining from 8200 and enterprise location analytics at Verint gives him a rare mix of research-grade rigor and product-focused engineering. Colleagues rely on his knack for “sensing” data problems quickly and finding simple, elegant fixes that make complex pipelines robust. Based in Israel, he pairs hands-on technical leadership with startup experience in turning algorithms into deployed services.
