Senior🎓
Top SchoolZoltan Varju is an advisor and AI/decision-intelligence entrepreneur with over a decade of experience turning textual and speech data into actionable insights. He co-founded Crow Intelligence to embed cognitive science principles into practical AI strategy and has led data science and NLP teams across startups and enterprise engagements, including social media analytics for FMCG and enterprise RAG deployments. As a founder or head of AI at multiple ventures (Koffair, Complytron, Precognox) he has built production-ready pipelines for speech-to-text search, legaltech, and large-scale scraping/automation, culminating in an acquisition in the payments-fraud space. He combines deep computational-linguistics roots with hands-on product design and community building—organizing Hungary’s largest NLP community and authoring technical courses—so he often bridges research, product, and executive decision-making in ways that accelerate adoption of complex AI.
